How do I return an item?


Occasionally, things do not work as out as planned, so Affluent Beauty does offer refunds, though on some conditions. Request for refunds must be notified to us within 14 days of delivery of all purchased product(s) based upon tracking information. Full refunds will only be provided with products intact, unopened, unused, sealed, and once returned. Customers can reach us by using our Contact Us form or by emailing to for all refund requests. Refunds will not be given for product results as results do take a different amount of time to show based on individuals and there is a small chance that a person may get no results at all.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be provided in the method discussed via email.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided on your shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance or having delivery confirmation. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
